In short. Everything on this website was created by us and belongs to us: texts, design, templates, code, photos and graphics. Linking and quoting with attribution is fine. Copying the site, templates or texts and passing them off as your own is not. We record every case of copying and see it through.

1. Who owns the rights

The exclusive rights to akbarov.dev and all of its content belong to Individual Entrepreneur Sardor Shukhratjonovich Akbarov (registration number 9873647), the author and developer of the website. Copyright arises when a work is created and requires no registration.

2. What is protected

texts: service descriptions, knowledge base articles, answers, case studies;
design: page layouts, animations, the Akbarov logo and brand identity;
website and online store templates, their demos and preview images;
the website code, scripts, styles and tools, including the website check and calculator;
photos, illustrations, icons and graphics;
the structure and selection of materials as a compilation.

3. Allowed without permission

reading materials and sharing links to pages;
quoting short fragments for informational, educational or critical purposes with the author named and an active link to the source.

4. Not allowed

copying the website, its sections, design or code in whole or in part;
using our templates, texts or images on your websites without a contract with us;
rewriting articles “in your own words” while keeping their structure and content;
passing off our materials and projects as your own, including in a portfolio;
removing or altering authorship attribution.

5. Liability

Unlawful use of the materials infringes exclusive rights. We protect our rights by every lawful means:

in Russia — under Part 4 of the Civil Code: an injunction and compensation of RUB 10,000 to 5,000,000 per infringement (Articles 1252 and 1301); large-scale damage carries criminal liability (Article 146 of the Criminal Code);
in Uzbekistan — under the Law “On Copyright and Related Rights”: cessation of infringement, damages or compensation, and administrative and criminal liability under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
everywhere — takedown demands to the hosting provider and domain registrar, and removal requests to Google and Yandex.

We record copies with date and time and keep source files and development history as proof of authorship.
