Privacy policy

In short. We only collect what you enter in the form yourself: name, email, Telegram and optionally phone, website and message. We use it to contact you and discuss the work. We never sell it or share it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time — write to [email protected] or on Telegram @Akbarov_Sardor.

1. Who processes the data

The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Sardor Shukhratjonovich Akbarov (registration number 9873647), legal address: 7 Stepana Kuvykina St, Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. Office in Uzbekistan: 44 Alisher Navoi St, Fergana, Republic of Uzbekistan. Hereinafter “we” or “the controller”. Website: akbarov.dev.

This policy takes into account Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (Russia) and Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” and applies to all data the controller receives through the website.

2. What data we collect

Data you enter in the form yourself:

name, email address and Telegram username — required;
phone number, your website address and message text — optional.

When a request is sent, we automatically store the date and time of consent, the page the request was sent from, the interface language and an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address — to limit spam through the form. If you use the website check, we receive the address of the site you check.

We do not collect special categories of data: health, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, biometrics.

3. Why we do it

to contact you about your request, answer questions and agree on terms;
to prepare an audit, a proposal or a cost estimate;
to perform a contract if we start working together;
to protect the form from spam and automated submissions.

The data is not used for or shared with third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

The basis is your consent. It is given by a separate action: ticking “I agree to the processing of personal data” before sending the form. Without it the request is not sent. The fact of consent is stored with the request together with the date and time. If we sign a contract, processing also serves its performance and legal requirements.

5. Your rights

At any time you may:

find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
request correction of inaccurate data;
withdraw consent and request deletion;
restrict or object to processing;
file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (Russia) or the authorised personal data protection body (Uzbekistan).

To do so, write to [email protected] or on Telegram @Akbarov_Sardor from the email or account you provided, or send a letter to the legal address. We will respond and act within 10 business days.

6. Who receives the data

Requests are seen only by the controller and people directly working with the client. Data passes through services the website cannot work without: the hosting provider (its server stores the request log) and Telegram (requests arrive as messenger notifications). Visit statistics are collected with Yandex Metrica, which receives anonymised visit data. Government bodies receive data only upon an official request in cases directly provided for by law.

7. Cross-border transfer

Request notifications are delivered via Telegram, whose servers are located outside Russia and Uzbekistan. By sending the form you agree to such transfer within the data you provided. The original record stays on the server hosting the website.

8. Retention

Until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years from the last contact. After consent is withdrawn we delete earlier, except for data the law requires us to keep (for example, documents on a completed contract).

9. Security

the website works only over secure HTTPS;
the request log and service files are closed to internet access;
the form is rate-limited and protected from bots;
only people who need requests for work can access them.

10. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses Yandex Metrica, a visit statistics service. It stores cookies and collects anonymised data: traffic source, pages viewed, time on site and device. Session Replay (Webvisor) is enabled to record on-page actions such as scrolling and clicks to improve usability; the content of form fields is not recorded. No advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

11. Children’s data

The website is intended for business owners and representatives. We do not knowingly collect data of minors. If such data reached us by mistake, let us know and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown at the top.
