Web applications people use every day
A website talks about the business. An application runs it: takes orders, manages clients, counts the money, talks to the till and the kitchen. We have been building such systems since 2015, and one of them is our own product — so we know the price of every mistake on a Monday morning.
The line is simple: if a person has to do something inside the system — choose, order, track, pay — a website is no longer enough.
Orders in a messenger, stock in Excel, bookings in a notebook. While the volume is small it works. After that the losses begin, and nobody sees them.
Choose a time, track an order, see the history, pay. Every «write to us and we will check» is a share of clients lost.
Sales in one place, stock in another, the till in a third. You can reconcile them by hand, but once a month and with errors.
If a member of staff does the same thing twenty times a day, that is a job for a system, not for a person.
A product with subscriptions, user accounts and roles. From the first version to a working service with payments and support. Our own StomPro is built exactly this way.
Catalogue, cart, payment, delivery, stock. Integrated with your accounting system rather than standing as a separate island.
Ordering, booking, payment and notifications inside the messenger — no install, no registration. The shortest route to the client, where they already are.
Taking orders, delivery zones and pricing, statuses, couriers on a map, notifications to the client. Works both as a website and as an app inside a messenger.
A QR menu with a stop list, ordering from the table and calling a waiter. Updated from one panel, with nothing to reprint.
Tills and fiscal registers, kitchen printers and screens, scanners, scales, card payments. An order reaches the kitchen with no manual entry.
- Reviewing the task 5–10 daysWe look at how the process works today and where time and money leak. The output is a system description and an estimate, not general words.
- Prototype and design 2–3 weeksWe assemble the screens and the logic before any code is written. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive after it.
- Development from 4 weeksWe work in parts: the first version launches with the key scenario, and the rest is added on top of something already running.
- Launch and support ongoingWe migrate the data, train the staff and watch the first weeks. After that, updates and development.
With data, users and real load. We launch it and stay close for the first weeks.
Everything is registered to you. If you decide to continue with another team, you take the whole project with you.
We came from development, not from website builders. A slow interface here counts as a bug, not a characteristic.
After launch you know what support costs and what the next feature will run to.
What does development cost?
From $1500 for a first working version with one key scenario. Beyond that the price depends on the number of roles, integrations and how complex the logic is. We give an exact estimate after reviewing the task, not over the phone.
How long does it take?
From six weeks to a first working version. Large systems are built in parts: we launch what already delivers value and build on top of it.
How is this different from a website?
A website tells, an application works. On a website a person reads; in an application they order, track and pay, and the business sees it in the reports.
Can you extend an existing system?
Yes, if we have access to the code and it is in a workable state. First we look at what is inside: sometimes extending it costs more than rebuilding, and we will say so plainly.
Do you integrate with the till and the kitchen?
Yes, it is one of the main jobs in venues: an order from the table goes to the kitchen printer and the till with no manual entry. We confirm the exact hardware list during the review.
What about support after launch?
We stay in touch: fixes, updates, development. The terms are agreed in advance so you know the cost of ownership rather than discovering it later.
